What Are HYBRID Sims Saturdays?
These events are designed to mirror the HYROX experience in a shortened, time-based race, perfect for first-timers and seasoned athletes looking to test themselves.
The Format (23-Minute Race)
Each entrant completes 2 minutes of max effort at each station, with 1 minute transition in between. Your score = the maximum distance, calories, or reps achieved at each station.
Sequence:
- Run – 2 minutes (max distance)
- Rest – 1 minute transition
- SkiErg – 2 minutes (max calories)
- Rest – 1 minute transition
- Run – 2 minutes (max distance)
- Rest – 1 minute transition
- Walking Lunges with Sandbag – 2 minutes (max reps)
- Rest – 1 minute transition
9. Run – 2 minutes (max distance)
10. Rest – 1 minute transition
11. Row – 2 minutes (max calories)
12. Rest – 1 minute transition
13. Run – 2 minutes (max distance)
14. Rest – 1 minute transition
15. Wall Balls – 2 minutes (max reps)
Total Time: 23 minutes (16 minutes of work + 7 minutes of rest).
